Yes, a consultation is required for all new clients and for certain advanced treatments such as injectables, laser procedures, and chemical peels. During the consultation, our licensed practitioners will assess your skin health, review your medical history, discuss realistic expectations, and recommend the most appropriate treatment options for your goals.

We accept all major credit cards, cash, and personal checks. We also offer flexible financing through CareCredit and Cherry with zero-interest payment plans for qualified applicants. We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee equal to fifty percent of the scheduled service cost. We understand that emergencies happen and will always work with you to find a suitable alternative appointment time when possible.
